Gateway storage uses a high-level keyless entry system to access the unit facility. You will receive a physical key fob, in addition to the corresponding app.

Yes, you are able to access your storage unit outside of normal business hours as arranged with the front office.

You are able to store anything in your unit as long as it is not food or a flammable material.

Insurance is not included with your monthly fee, although you can purchase separate insurance to cover the items you are storing. Additionally, it is important to note most homeowners insurance will also cover off-site storage.
